MiST are currently equipping a Manchester warehouse with resources, medicines and specialist equipment - enough for several emergency response units and follow on care projects. These resources are key to prompt action.

Our new warehouse will enable MiST to act without the delay of obtaining funds to then purchase equipment. We can concentrate to assembling teams and directing help to where it is desperately needed.

All donations and funds raised will help us maintain equipment and medicine levels, which go directly to help some of the poorest people in the world.

UPDATE:
MiST are seeking donations from the NHS and private sector of medical equipment. Such as: old nailing instrumentation, anaesthetic machines, operating tables, crutches, dressings and gloves.
Much of this equipment is often thrown out, some out of date, some single use. It is possible to reuse such equipment safely, out of date dressings will still be sterile.
If you are associated with the medical sector, please consider the importance of re-using and recycling medical supplies. We can guarantee that equipment will not be used in the UK.
