Where does your money go?

£1.50 buys an endotracheal tube which secures a patients airway during general anesthesia allowing the patient to be ventilated.
£10 will provide paracetamol to relieve the pain suffered by 25 for one week.
£15 provide enough erythromycin to treat 14 patients with infection.
£35 buys 200 syringes.
£50 buys a breathing circuit.
£150 buys a larngoscope which enables the safe placing of an endotracheal tube.
£6000 buys an anesthetic monitoring equipment which monitors heart, blood and oxygen.
£8000 buys two portable ventilators which breathe for anaesthetised patients.
